1. Data controller
TED Holding is the data controller for the personal data collected through this website. If you have any questions about how we process your data, you can contact us at post@softhouse.no.
2. What data we collect
When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, subject and the content of the message you send. We do not collect more information than is necessary to respond to your enquiry.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry and for any further dialogue about projects, investments or collaboration. The legal basis for the processing is your consent, in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which you give by ticking the checkbox in the contact form before submitting it.
4. Retention period
We retain your data for as long as necessary to handle and follow up your enquiry, normally no longer than 12 months after the last contact, unless a legal obligation or an ongoing dialogue requires a longer retention period.
5. Who has access to your data
Your data is processed by us and by data processors we use to operate the website and the contact form: our form provider (FormLayer) for storing submissions, and our email provider for delivering notifications of new enquiries. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
6. Cookies
The website currently uses only technical cookies related to caching and performance, which are necessary for the site to function. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data, as well as the right to restrict or object to the processing and the right to data portability. You may withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, Datatilsynet (www.datatilsynet.no), if you believe we are processing your data in breach of applicable rules.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time, for example when our services or applicable law change. In the case of material changes, the updated date at the bottom of this page will be revised.
